We are able to carry out statutory inspections, issue plan certificates and approve building work within England and Wales.
As a Registered Building Control Approver (RBCA), Building Control Management has government approval to inspect and enforce Building Regulation requirements.
We mainly get appointed to assess plans, inspect building work and issue a Final Certificate. This Final Certificate demonstrates that the building work is compliant with building regulations.
This is important part of the property history, and is legally required to discharge the client's statutory obligations. It is also useful information for insurers, warranty providers, future property buyers and investors.
